Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
When you purchase or redeem a NeuroScenes product or other digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not give you ownership of the recording, script, narration, music, artwork, written material, educational content, or other intellectual property associated with the product.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:
Access is granted to the individual customer for whom the product was purchased or redeemed.
Certain Colorful Living LLC and NeuroScenes products require a customer account for access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Your account and My Library access are intended for your personal use only. Login credentials and purchased or redeemed content may not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to another person.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, shared improperly, used in violation of these Terms, or used to infringe our intellectual property rights.
Prices, product descriptions, access terms, payment arrangements, and other purchase information will be displayed at the time of purchase.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our third-party payment processors to process the applicable charges.
Digital products may be delivered through a customer account, online library, membership platform, email, download, streaming access, or another electronic method.
Purchase of a digital product provides access according to the terms stated at the time of purchase. It does not constitute ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
All sales are final.
Because our NeuroScenes, digital audio products, online materials, courses, downloads, and other digital products provide immediate or electronic access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase unless we expressly state otherwise in writing at the time of purchase or a refund is required by applicable law.
We encourage you to review product descriptions and purchase information carefully before completing your order.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist with restoring or troubleshooting access.
